How can I connect my Android Wear to Clone watch?

i have a samsung s5 phone but cant get android wear on my aplus watch..can u help.

Unless its a watch designed for Android Wear you dont.
Doing a quick amazon search for aplus watch shows a watch thats blue tooth enabled but not an android wear watch.

Then, I don't know of any way to get Android Wear onto that watch or have Android Wear communicate with it.
