How can I connect my Blutooth to a Panasonic landline?

Lollipop and bluetooth connection to Panasonic landline.

I upgraded to Lollipop. I have a panasonic landline and when I received text messages, the landline would beep. Once I downloaded the new software it doesn't beep for messages anymore. I do still receive my phone messages through the landline but there is no beep for messages. I removed the link and re-linked the cellphone but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Which cellphone, and which Panasonic model do you have? Is it possible to update the firmware of the landline phone?
