How can i convert all my storage into my SD card?

What do you mean by that?

Do you want your phone to work exclusively from the SD card? If it's possible, you'd definitely have to root the phone, and even then the performance is not likely to be acceptable as the SD isn't nearly as fast as internal storage.

If you want to "adopt" the SD to internal storage, that really depends on the device (you don't say which one you have). Some manufacturers don't provide support for it. If you do this, you need to be conscious of backing up EVERYTHING, as any little storage hiccup can corrupt the entire user partition as it's (invisibly) split between the SD and internal storage, you don't know what data is where and the SD will be unreadable by ANY other device.

Is there a specific reason you're wanting this? You'll have to create an account to reply, but it'll help us better help you.

In general, you can't default all storage to the SD card, nor is that recommended. You'll have reduced performance and increased corruption problems. SD cards are fine for storing individual files like your media, but apps can become problematic. They work the card harder, and you'll risk losing their data if/when it corrupts.
