How can I delete music from my download and still have it in my Google Play Music?

How can i delete music from my download and still have it in my google play music...

I have a LG Leon and im running out of space now the audio (music,ringtones,pidcasts,etc)is taking up the most space how can i clean it and actually remove what's there.everytime i clean it it only reduce a little....

Welcome to Android Central! You can upload music to your Google Play Music library in the cloud: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/4627259?hl=en. I'm not sure if you can upload directly from your phone, though. You probably have to connect the phone to your computer via USB, copy all of the music to the computer, then upload the music to Google Play Music using Chrome.
