How Can I Delete "Stories" on my Pixel 7?

I use Firefox on my Pixel 7 phone. When I open Firefox I see a "<Stories" and a "<More Stories" button on the right of the display just below the center line.

When I tap "<More Stories" I get at least 100-150 story titles. And it seems that each time I tap "<More Stories" I get a different set of story titles.

I have not found a way to delete those stories all at once. I can only delete them one at a time.

I'd rather not store stuff I don't need on my phone. How can I prevent those stories from being stored on my phone?

I clicked the link that you provided, read the material, and then disabled "Stories" on my Pixel 7.
Works for me!
