How can I downgrade from 5.1 to 4.4.4?

How To Downgrade From 5.1 to 4.4.4

I have Motorola Moto G and 5.1 was installed 2 days ago.
The Contacts disappeared. I can't sync Contacts on my account and the battery is getting heated all the time and I need to cool it down.
I would like to downgrade to 4.4.4 where it worked perfectly.
