How can I download apps again?

I just factory reset my Galaxy S5 and now I can't download Apps from the Play Store on my computer. It just says "Your device already has this installed." Please give the solution, it would appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried installing them using the Play Store app on the phone?

You can create another Gmail account.

Google Play in your phone heve a list of all app you have installed, try delete them all and install again.
