How can i find my pin code to unlock my Android 4G device so i can use a different sim card?

How can I find out the pin code number on my Blu TracFone 4G phone to unlock it and use a sim card that is functional? I have a Free T-Mobile SIM card from Q-link wireless but when I insert the sim card my device asks for a four digit PIN code number to enable features?

There are a few factors here -
Are you looking for the PUK code to unlock the SIM card?
Are you looking for the network unlock code to allow using a different carrier's SIM card.

For either, the previous carrier can provide that, but you need to know which you need (or both?) when you ask, so you can be sure you're getting what you need. The carrier may have requirements that need to be met in order to provide the network unlock code.
