Android Central Question

Hello:
I am sending this question for the third time. I am unable to reply to the previous responses to the threads because i can't find the link to sign in to my account. I already have an account on this site.
As I spelt out earlier, I mistakenly changed the language option of my phone from English to Arabic, and I've not been able to change it back. As a blind user, I have accessibility turned on. But the language i have now is not supported. There is no speech feedback, although the kickback sound of talkback is audible.
I asked for sighted assistance, but the chap couldn't find the settings app on the apps menu. All other apps were found, but not settings.
So, the question now is, how can I recover the settings app on the phone. How does it look like, maybe he may find it by the image.
How then do I change the language option, because the phone is at the moment not in English.
I hope the question is now well understood.
I use a Samsung Galaxy grand prime plus phone, SM532.
Thanks and kind regards.
