So the first day or two that I had my GN I had very good battery, however I had not had a chance to really set it up/play with it because I had been very busy at work.
I was finally able to set it up/install the apps I wanted etc and now my battery is underwhelming.
I remember checking the battery info under settings before I set it up and I've checked it recently. The main thing that I notice to be a difference from before to now is the "Awake" bar. Before I set it up I noticed that the "Awake" bar had intermittent blue lines like the "Screen On" bar or "GPS On" bar. Now after setting it up I see that the "Awake" bar is just a solid blue line (indicating that it's been "awake" the entire day).
So it seems to me like there must be some app that is keeping the GN perpetually "awake" and that that is having a negative effect on my battery. When I go into settings/battery I see a list of apps, but none really look like they're destroying battery.
So is there any way to figure out what the culprit app is short of trial and error by uninstalling one app at a time?
This is what is listed in the Battery section:
Android System : 33%
Screen: 20%
Cell Standby: 14%
Phone Idle: 12%
Media Server: 5%
Spotify: 5%
Android OS: 4%
Phone: 2%
Gmail: 2%
Google Services: 2%
Went from 100% full to 20% in just under 6 hours
GPS bar: very little
Wifi bar: very little
Awake bar: Completely full blue
Screen on bar: pretty low also
Thanks for any ideas!
