How can I fix a blurry camera (Android Marshmallow)?

Blurry camera (android marshmallow)

Hi!

My phone was sent to insurance because I broke the glass. It came back, but I couldn't make calls because the signal was messed up. I sent it back, this time at the warranty and it came back with android marshmallow (can't be sure if it's a new phone or not - long story). Well, today I realised my camera doesn't focus when I tried to take a picture of a text, the text being unreadable.
I looked for the plastic on the camera - I'm 100% there isn't one.
I performed a factory reset - no change.
I cleared the cache and data - no change.
The only thing I haven't been able to do is disable picture stabilisation/ optical image stabilisation - can't find it in the camera settings, I can only find 'video camera stabilisation'.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be or do I have to send it to warranty again?

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that the camera module's autofocus mechanism is faulty. You'll have to send it back yet again. Sorry!

I had a hardware issue with my phone. Try shaking the phone when you have the camera up. If that fixes the issue, it could mean that you're OIS is getting jammed. I had to RMA my S6 edge with T-mobile and my phone went back to quick snapping focus.

That was my issue anyways and RMA seemed to know it was a common issue. Hope this helps!
