How can I fix a boot error?

My sister has an LG F6 MS-500,as do i, we have metro pcs as our carrier ,long story short,she was switching cell phones well at first it said the nfc was off so i tapped ok but the message. Would not go away ,so called metro they did what they call a soft reboot,well that really messed the phone up so now its getting stuck in the initial start up with the words Boot Error now cant turn off unless battery is out, so metro does wht they call the hard boot which is straight from LG Manufacturers settings,and didnt help,so Metro my cell phone carriers tell me here is LGs 800 number,were sorry cant help no more. Can some one PLEASE help me fix we have no money to purchase a new one we are barely making it paycheck to paycheck, thank you

Welcome to Android Central.

When you say that the carrier did a hard boot, do you mean that they did a Hard Reset? If so, was your personal data backed up first, then restored to the phone after the reset? Or is your phone now blank, with all your personal data deleted from it?
Or perhaps they went into Recovery mode and tried Reboot from there?
What do you see now when you try to switch on the phone?
