How can I fix a charging problem?

charging problem

hi i am Ram, last one week i have faced this problem, mobile used 3 or 4 hrs, battery percentage not decreased, but suddenly display shows lesser then 10 percentange in my mobile. how to i solve this problem?

Have you flashed a custom boot.img or a custom ROM recently?

We'd need more details than that. Which phone? What kind of problems are you seeing?

When any problem occurs in mobile phone, first step should be just simply switch off and on the device. Half of the issues get resolved doing this. If doesn't go for other options. In case of battery, sometimes this problem occurs when the battery becomes old. Sometimes, it may occur due to power tripping or other power related problems. Also sometimes when issues do not get resolved then we have to format the phone. Check all these things first then go to other options.
