How can I fix an Samsung S6 screen problem?

Samsung s6 screen problem

Hi guys last night I went to gym and I used my samsung s6 to hear a music and put it in my back near my **** then I started doing stuffs and of course you get sweat when you work out then when I get my phone again my phone's screen have a lines and a weird colors then I try to search in google how to fix it so yeah I managed to fix it but now my problem is sometimes my whole screen doesn't work so I can't open my phone and sometimes it works but I can only use few letters in my qwerty keyboard if I want to type something and also when I try to type "S" it show two "S" plus the keys below my screen near the home but doesn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it possible you sat on the phone, or otherwise damaged it during the workout? How did you fix it initially?
