How can I fix duplicate calendar folders on my S6?

duplicate calendar folders on s6

Using smart switch to sync calendar between laptop (outlook) and s6.
Error message : two duplicate calendar folders on s6. How to rename one ?

I've the same problem. And, although I found a way to combine entries in the two folders, I can't get rid of the empty one. therefore SmartSwitch won't sync with Outlook. Does anyone know how to fix this???
