Error installing -501
I have been 'suffering' through error -501 for awhile. None of the instructions help. When I go to Setting -> Applications -> Application Manager to attempt to clear Googlee Play Store cache the button is not active and it appears that the cache is clear (all zeros). I selected to uninstall updates but it did absolutely nothing.
