How to fix Google Play error - due to an error (400)

I cannot download an app in play store.i tried some methods to fix this error but it's not work.
Problem is:
" app name" could not be downloaded due to an erroe .(400)
Please help!

If you're downloading using wifi, something in your local network might be messing with your request. Try to use different network or 3G/LTE.
