Welcome to Android Central! What exactly is the problem? Is it only going to the bootloader? Did this happen after trying to update to Marshmallow?

yes i update marshmallow then it installed to 80% then stuck in bootloader

Ugh--it seems that M8 Marshmallow problem threads are multiplying. The update has seemed to be problematic for at least some M8 owners. Which carrier do you have? The Sprint update appears to be particularly glitchy, and I've heard of issues with cache partition wipes leading to the phone freezing.
