How can I fix my menu after the Android update messed it up (S4)?

Up dated my phone with new android software,now phone menu not doing much,can't get to the setting to reset anything,wifi and blue tooth on all the time,battery draining very fast.
How do I get to my setting?

Welcome to Android Central.

If you are able to get into Recovery, try a Cache Partition wipe.

Get back to us if that doesn't help.

Can't get into anything,press the menu button all it does is take you to widgits or google search.
