Android Central Question

My phone started acting strange after it went out of power and I turned it on again. First of all, when rebooted it takes ages to connect to my Wi-Fi/Internet in general. Secondary when I start some game apps they'll crush either instantly and others once I use the "tab"-button. Youtube videos won't work saying that there was a "problem while playing" and I also can't play any music on my phone since it won't load. I tried turning it on and off several times please help if you know what it could be.

That was me asking the question from my phone. It's a Wiko ridge fab 4g. I didn't reaact since I found a "solution" shortly after posting.... I turned it off and also removed the sim card then putting it in again. But the Problem has reapeared several times again, so far I always managed to fix it by removing the battery and the sim card then restarting several time until it returns to normal. Every time it was a little harder to get it to act normal again, but now I've been trying for two days. I think it's not the simcard itself but rather the connection to it (like its loose?). When It's started up in that "mode" it takes ages to start up and there are also two "mobile data symbols" instead of one, and both are empty, the phone has dual sim so I think thats why, when I try to connect with the internet without connecting to my wifi (wich takes ages) it also says sim card error, I also cant play any voice messages or any form of video, as mentioned above. Please help, I dont know what to do x-x ( sorry for my bad grammer, english isn't my native language.)

Do you have problems connecting to wi-fi or mobile data in Safe Mode?

If you keep getting SIM errors, it may be worth asking your carrier for a replacement SIM.
