How can I fix my phone'so LCD backlight? Its on even when I turn off my phone whole charging.

A family memBer recently broke the lcd screen of my Samsung j3 (j320f) so I had it replaced with a new one. But as stated, the backlight is on when i turn it off while charging. As well as if it's locked. How can I fix this? Screen timeout already on 15secs, set to the lowest brightness setting too on power saver mode.

Make sure the stay awake setting on your phone is not on.
