how do you fix my samsung galaxy centura

when i click on the Google play icon it vibrates and freezes and a couple of seconds later it vibrates twice and says unfortunately Google play store has stopped. How do you fix it!!!!!!!!!:'''''''''''( it did again can you please help me

Welcome to Android Central! Does a reboot help? If not, go to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

Try going to App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Uninstall Updates. See if it opens afterwards. If it does, wait for it to update automatically to the current version again, and see if it keeps working.

well thanks for your help!!!!!!!! it was quiet useful i'll remember to use it for any other problems if I have any but I was tired with my phone so we reset everything now and it works brand new again so here I go again resetting everything
