How can I fix my Samsung S4 bleeding screen?

Samsung S4 Bleeding Screen

Hi I dropped my phone and the phone is slowly covered in ink think its called Bleeding Screen. Will replacing the screen help fix my phone?

As my phone wont work and is covered in ink

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think you can fix that--you'll need to get the screen replaced. Sorry!
