How can I fix pixelation in LG G3 display?

In most apps and screens it is fine. If I use the pre-installed wallpaper with Fireworks the lower right portion of the screen goes nuts with pixelated lines flashing in and out in the lower right of my display. The wallpaper sets if off like crazy, but I have also noticed it slightly in games such as Clash of Clans for example.

What the hell do you have with this phone's screen ? The screen is f.king awersome, what oversharpening, what pixellation ?

I've never seen something like that before but it sounds like a hardware issue.

Something must be messed up with the phone. Of course they'll want you to do a factory reset first.

Is it by any chance this effect, top left? I get it in one or two places....doesn't worry me....don't know what it is. This example is in M2AppMonitor.

^^^Well it did a little when it first happened....I think it was in the AC Forums app....but it doesn't occur anywhere else but those two apps and only in one or two places in those so what am I going to do....worry? No. There's nothing I can do about it except uninstall the apps. Perhaps something is conflicting with something else....what do I know.

If my phone turns to a slab of cheese, I'll worry, but so far, it's good.
