How can I fix some Xperia Z3 front camera issues?

Xperia Z3 front camera issues

My front camera keeps taking images with 2 black lines in the corner. The lines show up when the camera is on and also in every single photo taken. I have cleaned the front camera repeatedly and checked for scratches/cracks but nothing can be seen. Any idea what the problem is and what can be done? Thanks.

Have you dropped your phone recently? It could be possible the camera lens came lose. Also check the settings of the camera and see what the resolution is set to.
