How can I get back out of the adb sideload screen?

I am trying to get the 4.4 update sideloaded, but having issues and want to know how to get out of the screen that says "Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>..." I just need to know how to get back out of this so I can get the correct files.

The screen of my tab shows this msg only and its hanging how to fix it please?

Power + volume down has really worked. Please press both
buttons for few seconds. Your phone will restart and you will
get your problem solved.

Mine is Panasonic. It has a power button & volume +- keys. On the 3rd day after purchasing it, while charging the phone entered into a new screen with Reboot options, ADB upload option etc. As I'm using Android for the first time, I got a bit concerned as the phone is New & confused & so accidently pressing one of the 2 keys & the screen changed to a page saying the following "Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>...". It was not going to the previous screen so that I can press the Reboot option. Started searching the Net for a solution & reached this forum.In the above comments, someone named Joy Whitfield was saying to WAIT for the Battery to drain completely & then charge the battery & switch on the phone & u'll reach the previous menu & then Reboot the phone. Joy ...that was a smart thinking!!! .I waited for battery charge to drain completely & then started charging it & tried to Switch ON. My Phone switched ON perfectly. Was not taken to the Reboot Option Screen. Juz switched ON PErfectly !!!

Dear Sir,

Last one week I am trying to resolve the issue & again I faced lot of problem. I had reboot phone ( Nexus 4 LG 9) twice & charged battery 95% when I unplugged it shows google then switched off. Now again I have gone through procedure & trying to switch on through ADB. Message shown on screen now send package you want to apply to the divice with "adb sideload <filename>"...

Please help me back out from adb sideload.

Above u can find my post...in short...juzzz leave the phone as it is now...the battery will run out quickly...then let it charge for 5 mints...Turn ur phone ON ...either u'll be in the previous menu so that u can select the Reboot option OR ur phone will switch on normally ...
