Welcome to Android Central. I would suggest taking the device into your carrier. They may be able to bypass the lock.

This happened to me with my S4 when I smashed the screen.. I logged into my Samsung account (phone prompts you to register when you first set it up) and there was an option to remotely unlock my phone from my PC.
