How can I get GSM working on my HTC Evo Design 4G On CM 10.1?

HTC Evo Design 4G On CM 10.1 GSM not working!!!!

i update my HTC EVO 4G on CM 10.1. its working fine but only CDMA not for GSM now i want to use a GSM network. i try to change it but no use. any help in networks it only show Automatic & home. i try to change it from *#*#4636#*#* but no use again.

Please any help how to turn GSM on
