MMS not working correctly
My Nexus 5 on T-Mobile hasn't been sending or receiving MMS messages recently. I'm running stock Lollipop 5.1 and I've tried three texting apps so far (Messenger 1.3.030, Hangouts 3.2.91698097, and Textra 2.32) and none work. When sending pictures in Hangouts, I get an error saying "MMS cannot be stored," but I have plenty of data and free space left on my phone. In other apps, sending pictures just doesn't work at all. Receiving pictures worked in all apps except Hangouts. There's no problem with using data on my phone to look at and upload pictures online. I've tried restarting, clearing the cache, clearing app data, and rebooting to safe mode. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong and how to fix it?
Here's a screenshot of a conversation with myself consisting of me trying to send a picture to myself
