Welcome to Android Central! Is it stuck on the boot screen? Unfortunately, that probably means that either the firmware is corrupt, or the hardware is defective. This is not too surprising for off-brand devices like yours, which have poor quality control. The only thing I can suggest is to try contacting the manufacturer, if you even know who it is. Sorry!
