How can I get my Auto Rotate Screen working?

Cannot Auto Rotate Screen

Hi, recently upgraded my contract and got the Xperia Z3, now i've noticed a strange issue where my screen does not auto-rotate despite all settings being on that should to enable it, (accessibility & auto rotate on swipe down menu), ive done the dial command to see the settings and the gyro works fine, i performed a factory reset last night and still it does not auto-rotate,

if i was to play a youtube video from the app, the video goes landscape, but through browser the page remains portrait consistently.

Any help or info would be great..

ps. ive also tried safe mode, still doesnt work there.

That may simply be a faulty device. Consider asking for a replacement.
