Why does my s21 ultra screen keep rotating randomly with auto rotate off?

The same issue. I did everything mentioned above and few more with cache clenning etc. I also did factory reset and it did not help. This is clearly the issue with some preinstalled soft.

I am still experiencing the same Problem. It began yesterday (now it happened 2 Days). Apps in Fullscreen Youtube, Twicht, etc. Turning randomly after 4 - 6 minutes into Portrait mode. What i notice is that it seems like the Display makes a very short Blink (kind of reset) in these Period of time. These Blink or refresh from the display happens also in Portrait mode. In Portrait mode it only kicks me out of the Keyboard. If im writing here.

I tried to fix it with
Turn of automatic display rotation
Turn of All apps Portrait in Portrait
Cleaning the Cash partition
Deleting the Apps who can be deleted and reinstall
Repair all apps in recovery Modus
Take off my display film
Take off case

Problem still alive.

Samsung Glaxy s20 ultra 5g
Model SM-G988B/DS
Android 11

So the solution was finally found and it works! Go to Settings->Apps->tap the three vertical dots on top right corner->special access->appear on top. And here disable all applications. It works and so far I have not experienced any issues with the Phone. It could be that the problem was caused by one application, but I disabled all.
