Help on how to get my droid turbo screen to shake awake or use double tap

I've tried apps and looked through my settings and nothing seems to work either that or I'm over thinking so in turn over looking something

1. How many phones do you have? You have said you own a Turbo (just got one), another Turbo (have had for 6 months), a G4, and an S4.
