How can I get my file to fit on the page

I copy and pasted some text onto Word Pad on my Window 10 computer. Then I transferred the file to my Android phone (Moto g6). I intended to read the text during some down time. I found the file on my phone, and opened it up. But the text was too small to read so I enlarged it. But when I enlarged it, it no longer fit on the screen. I searched all over the file app for a setting that would readjust the large text so that it still fit within the parameter of the screen, but could not find any such setting. Any ideas, please?

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of file is it? It might be easier to copy the text in Word Pad on your computer, and then paste it in Google Keep in your browser. That note will then sync to Google Keep on your phone (assuming you have it installed)
