I ordered the 1 TB unlocked variant in blue and my delivery date is still showing 7/25.

I'm officially confused,
I tried cancelling my order yesterday after seeing the new lower price (we all did so, didn't we) I did have the cancel option available, after pressing cancel the system said that I can't cancel anymore, but I received a cancellation email that all the extras was cancelled (free subscriptions n stuff) but got no email if the phone was cancelled, but not when I try to search my order on UPS it claims that my order number is invalid (yesterday it did work).
So where am I up to now? On Samsung website it still says in process.

No, just an alert that the label has been generated. We'll likely be getting an official delivery very shortly this week if I am right.

How long did you wait before canceling? If you can't cancel, it usually means that your order is being processed.
Samsung web cancellation is very slow. Just wait until things to settle down.
Just because the cancel button is gone doesn't mean it is shipped. It just means it has entered the shipping stage and when a shipping label is created you will get the notice.
I got the cancel email for the freebies also but Samsung assured me the phone is not cancelled.
For God's sake, why don't they start shipping them out?

I ordered mine on the Samsung website and have it set to be picked up at a best Buy. I know sometimes deliveries shipped to home address come early, does anyone know if I'd be able to pick mine up at best Buy early?
Best buys track record is they don't give them out early very often, getting them at best buy day of release is challenging at times. Every year is different though.

Unfortunately I feel that some who have received the notifications of a labeled being created are assuming seeing premature movement. If we're lucky we should get our phones are next week. Maybe they'll start shipping today with overnight/2 day delivery. Won't get my hopes up as it's just a week away.
