I have a rooted SG Note 2 (International) which is stuck on the boot screen where it shows the Samsung logo and model number. It keeps restarting instead of booting properly into the system. When i put my phone on charge, it boots up properly. I am able to use the TWR recovery properly without any restart issue. If it was a battery problem, Recovery mode would not be up and running as well right? Help me out here. Thanks.
