How can I get my OTG cable working on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Android Version 5.0.1?

Can't get my OTG cable working, Samsung Galaxy S4 Android Version 5.0.1

When i plug my OTG USB cable in my phone and i take down the drop down menu i get a message saying High-power-Usb-device connected and then under it, it says Cannot get acces to this device.

You can't access it since the S4 cannot maintain the power of the OTG device. What is the device you've plugged in. Some external hard disks have its own 'plug-in' to get power (if its external hard disk). Normal USBs like flash drives should work without any problem (i ever test it)
