how can I get my photos and videos back to my cellphone?

I didn't delete anything but it suddenly disappeared and now I don't know how to get it back

Not in your gallery or phone file manager?
Do you use a back up.cloud?

You must have the default Google Photos app on your phone. Every android has. You can recover your deleted photos and videos from there.

At first, open the app. Go to Library and then Trash. Check if your photos and videos are there. After you find them tap and hold them to restore them on your phone.
If it's not there, it's gone forever.
