How can I get my PNC app working?

PNC app is not working.

I have ASUS Zonefone 2 , when I started the the PNC app it shows :
Unfortunately, PNC Mobile has stopped

Welcome to Android Central! How did you install the app--from Google Play Store? If not, then it's possible the app isn't compatible (the Play Store wouldn't let you install it if it were known to be incompatible).

Is the phone's system up to date? I received a 3rd system update yesterday (at least Asus is paying close attention to this phone!) with a number of bugfixes and improvements. Current version is 2.18.40.12 (for the ZE551ML model). If you have the ZE550ML model, then the current firmware should be 2.18.40.7.

I am having the same issue. I have the zenfone 2 (ZE551ML )running the latest version (2.18.40.12) and PNC app just dies. I have tried reinstalling the app several times as well as clearing the cache partition but neither has solved the issue.

Might be an incompatibility issue w/ the Intel CPU in the phone. You'd have to bug PNC to fix it.
