How can I get my S4 Verizon data working on Cricket?

S4 verizon data not working on cricket

My wife's s4 data is not working on cricket? Only when connected to wifi. Can this be fixed. Cricket hasn't been able to help. It did work on T-Mobile but they have bad reception where I live. Please help! Thanx

Welcome to Android Central! According to the Bring Your Own Phone page for Cricket, you need to have an unlocked GSM phone: https://www.cricketwireless.com/shop/byod.html. Verizon's phones are CDMA, so that might be part of the problem. But try entering the IMEI anyway.
