How can I get my Samsung 3 Tablet for kids hooked up to the wifi?

Samsung 3 Tablet for kids

All other devices in house connect to WIFI and she can open other aps in Tablet just not You tube stating connect to Wifi?

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to the settings, application manager, all apps, go to the YouTube app and clear the data. That should reset the app to factory settings, see if that resolves the issue.
