Re: Samsung Galaxy S 3 Mini Mobile back up to Kies

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3 Mini Mobile phone and cannot upload (backup) to the Kies system. I note there was a problem in the past. Any advice appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling Samsung KIES from your PC and then reinstalling? Also make sure you have the correct version of KIES installed. There are two versions I believe. One for older phones and one for newer.
