How can I get my Samsung Tab 4 wifi and Bluetooth working?

all of a sudden i cannot enable my wifi and bluetooth, they turn green for a sec then switch off

can anyone help? i did hard reset, firmware update ..nothing working, if this was issue with my motherboard , how would I know?
