my touch screen is not working

i hve samung galaxy grand prime ...some day before my phone fell down nd screen get scratch...nw the toch is not working..wot should nw i do ..plz tell me asap

Welcome to Android Central.

I guess that the digitiser has been damaged, and will need fixing. With any luck, it will just be a loose contact, easily and cheaply fixed. But it may need a screen replacement...and bear in mind that the drop may have caused other damage, so a replacement screen may just be a waste of time and money. Get a proper diagnosis from a qualified and reputable repairer.

I think your device screen damage, now you can try to reset factory/hard reset/soft reset and check. If your device still not working so now you replace your touch screen.
