How can I get private mode to work on my S6?

Private mode

My private mode isn't working! I've had my phone (s6) for 6 weeks tops, it doesn't give me a chance to do my finger print says it is unable to verify as soon as I try to turn on private mode, then I try my pin and says incorrect password entered 5 times, when I have entered the correct password one time! Is there any way to fix this?

Were you able to fix this issue? If not, have you tried a hard reset? Hold the volume down button and press/hold the home button until it resets. Then go back and try getting into private mode again.
