How can i get rid of TapTalk screen poping up?

Every time I go to a web site that is affiliated with taptalk a pop-up jumps up asking if I want to find out more about taptalk. Is there any way I can stop this?

Install talptalk and use that instead of viewing on the web? Other than that I suspect it's something on the website side of things and either hard coded in or an option the webmaster would need to turn off.
