How can I get rid of this annoying notification?

The notification always says:
'Device status (2)' and
is always on my lockscreen whenever I power on my Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime.

Long-pressing the notification should reveal which app shows it. After that, you can block notifications from that app in the settings.
Note: if it's some kind of system app, you might not want to disable notifications for it since it could also serve other notifications you want to receive.

Thanks for the speedy response!.. It was a system app that sends the notification to alert the user to potential confllicts etc., that may arise when certain options are chosen in 'Settings'. Apparently it warns that they are 2 potential problems on the device such as options chosen that could result in the over use of mobile data with the attendant costs. You pointed me in the right direction so once again I appreciate your speedy response.
