How can I get rid of this bug on my HTC One (m7)?

My htc one (m7) has a really annoying and destructive bug

So this bug has been going on for some while now, it tabs my phone to the main screen every time it happens. It says com.android.systemui has stopped working or Hrc Service pack has stopped working. I can't use my phone since it tabs it in and out every time it repeats the message.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Is your phone rooted or unrooted? Are you running any 3rd party launchers, or just the original HTC Sense launcher?

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-6526
