How can I get the most recent update on my HTC One M7?

htc one m7(att) updating and unroot

unlocked bootloader and installed superuser using a clockworkmod recovery v6.0.4.6 and tried to gain s-off but cannot get it , so i left it in that way i used my phone , recently i got update from att when i tried to install it it failed

bhai......jus downloao d the .zip file of the update from xda forums (maybe) or from somewhere else ......put it in your SD card .....after that power off the phone and hold volume+ and power buttons together ....this will open a boot menu ...just press vol + button to go down one option ....select RECOVERY and then select INSTALL FROM ZIP .....after that select INSTALL FROM /EXTSDCARD and select the location u placed the .zip and TAP ON IT TO INSTALL........reboot and you are done
