How can I get the sim card from my AT&T working for my OnePlus One?

Sim card from at&t not working for my oneplus one. Help please.

This is my second oneplus one & its for my daughter. I had no problems with my first oneplus putting the Sim card from at&t.

1. Is the phone either unlocked or locked to AT&T? (If not, it won't accept an AT&T card.)

2. If yes, bring it to your nearest AT&T Device Support Center. (If you can't find the address online, ask at your nearest AT&T store.) They'll either get you working or let you know that you have a bad phone. (You pay more for AT&T, but you get great service when you need it.)

There was an outage yesterday on AT&T. In retrospect that's probably what the issue was.

Might have to put in a different APN had to do it to mine so it would receive MMS
